Russia’s pharma market rises 10% in 2015 to 1 tln rbl
MOSCOW, Apr 20 (PRIME) -- The volume of the Russian market of pharmaceuticals grew 10.34% in 2015 to 1.12 trillion rubles, according to documents of the government seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
The production of pharmaceuticals rose 26.3% to 231 billion rubles. The share of domestically made medicines on the market stood at 27.2% by value. Russian producers made 65.9% of all life-saving drugs sold in the country last year.
The share of state purchases on the market was 32.8%, rising from 25% in 2014.
